Weekending...

My goodness, I love this season. Jake is home for the summer and we're in serious relaxation mode. We didn't plan any big trips this year and have instead been enjoying each other and the things our city has to offer. We've been riding bikes and reading books and drinking coffee on the porch and taking trips to the YMCA and the library. The weather has been perfect. On Wednesday night, we watched the fireworks with family and this afternoon we're heading down to Blues Fest for another evening of downtown fun. It's been a magical stretch that I honestly wish I could bottle up and keep forever.
